West Technology is currently recruiting for an IT Business Partner
to join a global consumer product business. Locally, the Australian has consistently performed and set the global standard. Known for being innovative market leaders, this business is led by a passionate and committed team who promote a friendly and supportive work environment.

The Opportunity

Initially starting as a contract position, this role has been created to support the local head of IT to drive some exciting transformation projects that are being rolled out in the ANZ region in alignment with the global IT strategy.

Some of the major projects for 2022 includes moving to a Cloud / Hybrid data model, Enhancement of the Business Intelligence function and a Supply chain transformation that will include automation.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Manage relationships with work with internal stakeholders including Exec team, IT peers across regions & External vendors / third party suppliers
Review existing business processes to best identify high level requirements
Prepare detailed business cases & proposed road maps including resource management and identifying potential suppliers.
Support the Head of IT ANZ with business change management including communications around benefit realisation.

The Successful Applicant
Has an IT leadership background or is a dedicated Project Manager / Lead.
Is proven at delivering IT Projects such as Cloud migrations, working with Business Intelligence functions & supply chain transformation.
Has experience working within a large, multi-site or global business structure.
Is financially astute and understands P&L ownership for IT projects.
Can provide strategic leadership and build highly effective relationships with business leaders
Is passionate about new technologies and understands how to effectively manage change & transformation
