About your new role:

As part of a global transformation program, the IT Business Partner - Salesforce will be supporting APAC, you will be at the forefront of collaboration and communication between IT teams and key stakeholders
•Support the local needs of front office and global deployment of Salesforce.
•Lead focus group discussions and work with implementation partners.
key focus on customer-facing platforms CRM, B2B, B2C, TPM
•You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to align IT solutions with our business objectives, drive digital transformation

About You:
•You will have ‘hands on’ experience with the above listed tasks as either a consultant, Business Analyst or CRM subject specialist from an end client.
•Will have substantial experience delivering CRM solutions with Salesforce experience (Must have)
•You know how to bring structure and discipline to this project in line with ‘best practice’.
•You’re understanding of the customer journey and supply chain/Inventory driven businesses is highly regarded for this role.
