The Position

An opportunity has been created for a Senior IT Project Coordinator to join the Project Management Office (PMO) team as they pursue a long term IT transformation program.
Initially starting as an 18 month contract, this position will work closely with senior leaders, external vendors and the IT team.

Some of the key tasks will include:
Management of the Project team including coordinating resources.
Ownership of all communication between business stakeholders, external suppliers, senior leadership and the IT team.
Consult with stakeholders to set the Project schedule including milestones and agreed deliverables
Manage relationships with external vendors and third party suppliers.
Ensure adherence to the project delivery framework
Prepare progress reports and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Report on Project success and realised benefits.
The Successful Applicant
Is a proactive communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels to coordinate activity.
Can promote transparency, drive accountability and deliver outcomes.
Will hold a project management qualification or recognised certification.
Has a track record of working on large scale IT Projects (CRM / ERP / Supply chain exp highly regarded)
Is experienced at working in an Agile environment.
This role would suit an experienced Project Coordinator looking for an opportunity to step into a Project Manager position, whilst putting well known brand on your CV.
