The Opportunity

The IT Project Manager will take ownership and manage work associated within one of their core Product Delivery teams. We are looking for someone who has come from a Business Analysis and/or Project Manager background. You will:
•Manage a portfolio of delivery for a wide variety of stakeholders
•Create and maintain robust reporting that can be used to drive delivery performance
•Track and manage the delivery and execution of the existing products
•Manage projects and initiatives to deliver key reporting and ad-hoc data requests for internal and external stakeholders
•Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements for the team
•Work across the product teams to understand and resolve capacity and dependencies

The Successful Applicant
•Demonstrable experience in a similar/professional role
•Senior Business Analysis or Project Management Background
•PM or BA certifications
•Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
•Ability to influence key decision makers from different teams and backgrounds. An ability to speak in terms of different team perspectives and adopt different approaches, dependant on the stakeholder and what they’re asking, is key
•Ability to design, plan, organise, and implement projects and tasks within a deadline.
Ability to initiate, maintain and control the progress of programs.
•Resourceful team player who is good at building trusting relationships Corporate Software Applications (SAP, SuccessFactors, PowerBI) preferred
