About Your New Role

Working within the PMO function, this IT Project Manager position will spearhead the implementation of a bespoke CRM solution that will be rolled out throughout the business.
Initially starting as a 12 month contract, the IT Project Manager will instrumental in all planning activity, stakeholder engagement and financial ownership, including the securing of funds.

Other key tasks include:
•Provide leadership and robust project framework that includes strong governance.
•Act as the key contact for all project queries and manage communication with project sponsors, IT, finance and end user stakeholders.
•Allocate business resources that best meet business requirements and project expectations.
•Prepare reporting on project milestones, outcomes, financial performance & ROI / Benefit realisation.
•Manage vendor & third party relationships in a way that promote transparency and drives accountability.

About You!
•You're an experienced Project Manager that holds relevant Project Management qualifications (PMP, Prince2, PMBOK or similar).
•You have ‘hands on’ experience delivering CRM solutions on an enterprise level, with prior experience working with Pega being ideal.
•You know how to delivery projects from end to end utilising methodologies such as Agile & Waterfall.
•Can demonstrate experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
•You are a highly organised person who is both inquisitive and analytical by nature. Interpersonally, you are a self-starter with a passion for problem solving and helping others succeed.
•Applicants coming from the heavy industry backgrounds such as Engineering, Electricity, Energy or Utilities sector will be well received.
