Your next role

We currently are in need of 2 x IT Support specialists to join our client on a full-time basis.
Most of the communication with the users will be phone-based and you will be liaising with all levels of users.

What you need to succeed

We are looking for experienced IT Support specialists with the following skills:
- Minimum 1 year IT Support experience
- Excellent Verbal Communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Networking
- Ticketing system experience such as JIRA, ServiceNow etc
