About Your New Role

Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity for a IT Support Specialist to join the team. This person will work in partnership with a centralised Helpdesk function as the IT resource on the ground.
Reporting to the National IT Manager, this person will provide onsite support for the Victorian region, operating across multiple sites across Melbourne.

Some of the key duties for this opportunity will include:
•Provide prompt IT support to your user community (Approx 115 seats).
•Troubleshooting technical issues and escalate if required.
•Support and maintain IT Infrastructure including telephony hardware
•Provide support for Office 365 and Microsoft D365 platforms.
•Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of Windows Servers and operating systems
•Support Local Area Networks including data management systems.
•Manage IT assets across multiple sites to ensure service continuity.
•Ensure IT security measures are updated and accurate

About You!
•Will hold an IT tertiary qualification or relevant product certifications
•Come with 'hands on' skills and is experienced at operating at the Level 2 and some Level 3 support function.
•Is technically proficient with MS Office365 with D365 experience held in high regard.
•Exposure to Windows servers is highly regarded;
•Interpersonally, you are an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels of the business. You are approachable and have a customer service attitude to your role.
