About your new company
Our amazing client is making its mark in the SaaS Industry, both locally and internationally. They are currently in an exciting growth phase and are currently looking for the next members of their team.

About your new role
•The focus will be working with the system’s users to provide technical and management consulting with the implementation and rollout of the system.
•Providing office-based or onsite training to the clients
•Complete responsibility for the entire onboarding, implementation, and rollout
•Create weekly and monthly reporting back to the business
•Assisting with the creation of various documentation such as help documentation, training materials, and courses providing instruction on the functions and usage
•Become the subject matter expert
•Meeting with new clients to ensure a complete understanding of critical business requirements and ensure the continued evolution of the onboarding process

About you
•High School Certificate or Bachelors Degree
•Proven experience in B2B SaaS implementation (Building Management, Strata or Facilities Management)
•Strong time management skills
•Presentation and training experience
•Excellent communication skills and being able approach depending on the audience
•Project Management and Delivery experience
