Your new role
As an experienced Architect or Architectural Drafter, you will be reporting to the Design Manager and be responsible for the design of:
Industrial units
Business parks
Large farming and agricultural infrastructure
Warehouse and office space complexes
The role will more broadly include:
Assisting the in-house Property Development, Construction and Sales teams
Provide architectural drafting support including site layout and detailing for industrial developments, working within relevant codes
Design around constraining factors such as project budget, local council legislation, town planning and environmental impacts
Adapt plans based on feedback and resolve issues
Your experience
5+ years' experience in Architectural Drafting
Proficient in Revit
Strong understanding of BCA and relevant codes
Understanding of NCC requirements
Understanding of Town Planning and the Development Approval process
Self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Strong attention to detail and aptitude for documentation
