About your new role
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships
•Prepare and follow up on quotations
•Keep up to date with products and services and competitor offering
•Research and develop new sales opportunities
•Provide reporting as required
•Set up of appointments for the Customer Partnership Managers
About you
•Enthusiastic and professional phone manner
•Excellent active listening skills
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•Flexible, motivated and a self-starter
•Strong computer skills, specifically in Outlook and Excel
•Previous customer care and sales experience
