About your new role

Under the guidance of the IT Engagement Manager you’ll join the team as an experienced IT specialist providing advanced support across 5000+ IoT hardware devices and their accompanying software platform.

Primary tasks will include:
•Onboarding, activation, and decommissioning of IoT devices.
•Specialised technical support and troubleshooting of the IoT devices and tracking software.
•Providing user training on the utilisation of IoT devices.
•Keeping support documentation and procedures up-to-date.

About your experience:
•3+ years of experience in providing Level 2 service desk support and managing support tickets.
•1+ years of experience with the support of IoT devices.
•Exposure or experience with SharePoint, BI frameworks, and API frameworks.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
•A customer service-oriented mindset.
