About your new role
You will be reporting to the Vertical Marketing Manager and will be responsible for managing a major, high-profile account. Duties will include but won’t be limited to –
•The voice of the partner, being the main point of contact for all requirements
•Connect the supply chain needs with the extensive portfolio of logistics products and solutions
•Ensuring that you are identifying emerging market trends to identify and leverage long-term commercial opportunities
•Undertake pricing reviews as necessary
•Managing customer service issues and complaints
•Develop and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally

About you
To be successful in this role you will –
•Strong 3PL experience and knowledge
•Outcome and solutions-focused, ability to provide solutions
•Customer Centric focus
•Experience in leading and influencing various teams and stakeholders
•Experience in continuous improvement through methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
•Superior communication skills, both written and verbal including presentation skills
