- $90,000 - $120,000 + Super + Bonus
- Permanent role, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm

About your new role:
As the Lead Estimator, this is an excellent opportunity to use your superior customer service focus and people skills and lead a team of 3. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager and some of the day-to-day responsibilities will include –
•Allocating work to a team of 3
•Conducting regular team meetings, as a group or individually
•Managing larger quotes independently
•Identify cost-saving solutions, especially for larger projects
•Consistent follow-up of quotes and ensuring that all information is captured in the system
•Providing regular reporting as required

About you:
This is a brilliant opportunity for an Estimator to work close to home in Marsden Park, managing a small team or perhaps an Office Manager or Personal Assistant looking for a career change. You will have –
•Ideally some Estimating experience
•Superior customer focus and naturally will go above and beyond
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Proficient computer skills, especially with MS Outlook and Excel
•High attention to detail
•Proven experience with planning and meeting deadlines
