Your New Role

Due to an internal promotion, there's an opportunity for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join the team. Reporting to the service delivery Manager, and working as part of an accomplished team of engineers, the Level 1 IT Support Engineer will assist customers in overcoming basic IT issues via phone and email.
Additionally, you will support a range of clients with maintaining their IT environment as well as deliver projects around cyber security, cloud computing, Infrastructure and networks.

About You!
•You have completed an IT related degree and ideally working towards certifications (ITIL ideally).
•Will have no more than a couple of years of comparable experience in an IT related support position or graduate role.
•You have experience working with Windows Servers, Azure, switches, routers and Microsoft O365.
•Interpersonally, you are a friendly and approachable communicator with a passion for all things technology. You enjoy working as part of a team, but can also work independently.
•You are keen to expand your skills and knowledge and have an interest in gaining product certifications and additional training to advance your career.
