This business primarily supports Microsoft technologies that include Azure cloud as well as participating in the delivery technology upgrades and other IT projects.

About your new role:
Due to continual company growth, an opportunity has become available for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join the team. This MSP has an excellent reputation in the industry and has partnerships in place with market leading vendors & IT companies. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to sharpen their skills across a diverse portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries. The key tasks aligned to this role include:

• Provide advanced support for Microsoft windows and Microsoft cloud (365/ Entra ID / Azure / Intune) environments.
• Resolve complex networking issues incorporating routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, VPN, LAN/WAN.
• Maintain and support Cyber security technologies including EDR / MDR & XDR application control.
• Participate in project delivery initiatives ensuring efficient and the timely delivery of client solutions.
• Ensure optimal performance and high availability for the company tech stack.
About you:
• You have experience within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) sector, where you provided external IT support to a wide range of customers with varying tech stacks.
• Will be technically competent with the Microsoft technologies mentioned above (Microsoft certs will be highly regarded).
• You have a broad knowledge of modern networking and infrastructure concepts.
• A ‘hands-on’ person who is looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and experience to advance your career.
• Your strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships with your stakeholders will be pivotal to your success.
• Actively seeks out new challenges and takes an interest in market information and business issues
