About your new role
This is a great hands-on role that will see you working with a small and supportive team that lives and breath the company values. The role will include but won’t be limited to the following –
Management of all Ocean and Domestics lanes – tracking, tracking and updating the system
Management of the import documentation
Liaising with the freight forwarders
Liaising with Internal and External stakeholders, including in the USA
Exception management – investigating of late and short deliveries including discrepancies
Creation of import paperwork, ensuring
Invoicing and completion of direct container or truck shipments to the clients
About you
Minimum of 3 years within the International Transportation/Freight market
Solid understanding of how 3PL operates
Sound understanding of Ocean terminology
Sound understanding of International Customs Terms
Loves being hands-on and working within a small team
Proactive, takes ownership of the role and performs well with multiple tasks
