West Technology is proudly partnering with a renowned, family-owned, Aussie food operator based in Wetherill Park that has been in business for over 50 years.

About the Role:

The company is on the lookout for a skilled M365 Technical Consultant to spearhead the company transition to the Microsoft 365 stack.

As a key player in the team, your primary focus during this 6-month contract will be the seamless implementation and migration of our systems to the Microsoft 365 suite, encompassing O365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online.

Responsibilities will include:
•Collaborating with third-party experts on the initial installation and implementation of the M365 suite.
•Assisting the Infrastructure Manager in planning the comprehensive rollout of M365 across the business.
•Offering strategic advice to enhance existing security policies within M365.
•Providing guidance on best practices and optimising the usability of the M365 suite.
•Conducting end-user training and upskilling for the IT team as needed.

About You:
•5+ years of experience in a similar M365 systems engineering or implementation role (PowerShell expertise is a plus).
•Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
•Demonstrated experience in planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the Microsoft 365 platform.
•Understanding of Azure Active Directory, Azure landing zones, and Azure networking.
•Outstanding organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
