About YOUR new job:
An opportunity has become available for a commercially astute and process-driven Management Accountant to join the team. The core function of this role is to investigate all BOM for product lines supplied to all existing and new customers. Paying particular attention to all inputs from raw materials through manufacturing costs and man-hours ad on to supply chain. The target of the project is to support the finance department in its quest to understand variable costs and line-by-line profitability.

The core tasks aligned to this position will include:
Perform analyses of business performance versus budgeting and forecasting and propose improvement actions.
Investigate line by line BOM’s
Drives appropriate cost structure, productivity optimisation, and capital efficiency. Manages and closely monitors the cash flow and takes action to improve Net Working Capital. Special focus areas: service profitability, service costing/hourly rates, over/under- absorption analysis.
Review financial reporting and provide analytical insight to identify areas of opportunity or potential risk at a P&L level
Form key relationships with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations
About YOU!
Will hold a professional Accounting qualification
Has prior experience performing the above-listed tasks
Advanced MS Excel skills and prior experience with SAP
Comes from a commercial industry background such as consumer products or manufacturing environment
Is proven at helping non-financial stakeholders reach their business goals
