Are you skilled in turning data into actionable insights that drive business success? We’re looking for a Marketing Data Specialist to shape our customer engagement and marketing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to influence key business outcomes and elevate customer success.

• Develop customer segments using platforms like Microsoft Dynamics (D365), HubSpot, or Salesforce to enhance CRM campaigns.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and guide strategy.
• Apply predictive analytics to boost customer retention, acquisition, and lifetime value.
• Create data models and perform advanced analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Manage digital analytics, including troubleshooting and error resolution, using tools like Super metrics and Google Analytics.
• Combine and analyse data from various sources to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Simplify complex data insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

About you!

• Previous experience as a data specialist within a Marketing team (this is not an IT position)!
• Ability to work independently and handle difficult situations with sound judgment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, D365, PowerBI, Genesys, Google analytics).
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
