About your new role

As the NSW Trainer, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following –

• Coordinate the training, assessments and continual improvement of our machine and plant operators and Resource Recovery and Recycling staff.

• Development of training program plan that aligns with the overall objectives of the Resource Recovery and Recycling departments.

• Develop and deliver Resource Recovery and Recycling compliance training
programs to the organization in consultation with the B&D and SEQ team.

• Co-ordinate, deliver and monitor all content and materials for Machine
Operator training programs, ensuring alignment with our clients growth strategies.

• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, and consultation with line managers and Group Training Manager.

About you

•Certificate III in Civil Construction
•Prior waste/recycling industry experience
•Proven work experience as a training coordinator
•Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
•Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on the job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
•Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
•Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or skill sets
