About your new role:
Your role will see you reporting to the General Manager of Operations and duties will include but won’t be limited to –
•Ensuring smooth daily operations
•Ensuring that loads are being allocated in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
•First point of contact for the major client
•Drive continued improvement of efficiency and financial performance
•Commitment to driving a safety-first culture and leading by example
•Complaints, escalations, incident and accident investigations
•Ensuring that all standards and regulations are adhered to
•Managing 4 Department Managers

About you:
•Loves to lead by example and take a hands-on approach
•Previous experience in staff management
•You have previous experience within Transport
•FMCG experience would be highly regarded
•Tech savvy including sound Excel skills
•Agile in approach and can successfully manage changing prioritise
•Service delivery focused with strong problem-solving skills
