Your new role
As the Transport Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management and booking functions for the Cromer and Terrey Hills Depots. This would mean creating strong working relationships with the surrounding depots to ensure effective delivery of all bookings.

You will be an integral part of the broader team and will cover a range of duties including:
•Management of the Charter Booking Team
•Provide overall accountability for ensuring drivers are efficiently allocated to cover all Charter services
•Responsible for ensuring that manpower and buses are allocated to deliver services as required
•Invoicing of clients
•Manage all customer complaints and feedback
•Work with the Charter BDM to ensure new business opportunities are met.
•Work with the BDM team on complex quotes and the renewal of Charter contracts
•Prepare weekly management reports that measure KPIs and SLAs

What you will bring to the role
•Previous experience in similar role managing multiple contracts
•Previous experience in transport-related roles is highly desired
•Friendly team-orientated attitude
•Above-average communicator
•Confident manner
•Proficient with Microsoft programs, ideally Microsoft •Dynamics 365
•Able to operate under pressure and stay consistent
•Must be fully vaccinated as required by the transport industry
