What you need to know
Located in Lidcombe
This is an office-based role
Full-time permanent role – Monday to Friday – 7 am to 4.30 pm
You will be asked to work additional hours at peak seasonal times
Your new role
The Production Coordinator is an essential role within the business and supports the production team for all East Coast based orders across all brands. The role works closely with all other internal teams and ensures smooth delivery of products. The responsibilities of the role include:
Order processing, report generation and hand over to production and interstate stakeholders
Courier bookings including file uploads and online bookings
End of day reporting and closeout
Problem-solving for delivery issues
Interstate freight allocation
Stock ordering and receipt
POD and ETA requests
Interaction with courier drivers for pick up/dispatch through the day
What we need from you
This role will be best suited to someone that likes routine in their day. It is a very structured and process-driven role that is fundamental to the success of the business. You will naturally have a team-focused attitude and bring positive energy to the workplace as well as a “can-do” attitude.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Strong attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be even-tempered
Bring a sense of urgency to your work
Intermediate excel skills
SAP experience desirable
Desire to support the team and be hands-on when required
