Join an FMCG powerhouse who manufacture on a global scale. They have a number of facilities around Australia & New Zealand that manufacture for the local market, and an opportunity has arisen to lead one of their leading plants based in Sydney.

The role:
With key stakeholders based both locally and abroad, this is a high profile role that will be responsible all aspects of manufacturing, quality, maintenance, safety, production and shift management.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing operations, enhancing productivity and minimizing costs.
✅ Lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
✅ Streamline processes and workflows, ensuring smooth supply chain management and reducing production lead times.
✅ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to achieve operational excellence.
✅ Collaborate with R&D, Quality Control, and Engineering teams to drive innovation and product development initiatives.
✅ Maintain compliance with international standards, regulations, and best practices to uphold product quality and safety.

About you:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
✔️ Proven experience in operations management within the FMCG or manufacturing industry, preferably on a global scale.
✔️ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
✔️ Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean methodologies.
✔️ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
✔️ Outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
