ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
•Lead and empower teams for skill growth and objectives.
•Exceed financial targets set by the board.
•Recruit, develop, and manage skilled staff for client satisfaction.
•Conduct performance reviews aligned with ISO 9002 standards.
•Implement business WH&S policies.
•Ensure compliance with operational procedures.
•Maintain day-to-day operation standards.
•Collaborate with Business Operations Manager.
•Identify potential clients for Sales and Marketing.
•Support Business Development with operational proposals.

ABOUT YOU:
•Strong leadership skills.
•WMS and Transport system knowledge.
•Rostering and staff allocation experience.
•Relationship management and influencing skills.
•Great communication skills, highly service-orientated.
•Advanced computer skills, MS Office Suite.
•Forklift License.
•Freight/Logistics Industry experience.
•Combination of relevant education and working experience
