The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Organisational Learning and Development Manager to be responsible for the development, implementation and reporting of the organisation’s programs and initiatives. The goal of the team is to lift performance, capability and engagement through leadership and management of the organisations learning and development function.

The portfolio of programs is diverse, spanning leadership, talent, succession, engagement, safety culture, diversity and inclusion, graduates, and study. This is a hands-on role suited to a professional who enjoys both the delivery of work as well as the strategic side of the role. An authentic nature and genuine interest in people is essential and the ability to engage with a broad range of people is essential. The ability to adapt delivery style to your audience is also a must.

As Organisational Learning and Development Manager, key focuses include:
•Diagnosis of business needs, then design, develop and execute solutions
•Design and manage L&D programs
•Stakeholder engagement and management
•Management of external L&D suppliers
•Facilitate forums and workshops
•Compliance and reporting
•Managemnet of a team of 2

The Successful Candidate

This role will appeal to an experienced Learning and Development professional that enjoys working as part of a close team. It offers plenty of variety and reports to a leader that values independence, fresh ideas, and enthusiasm.

You will need the following:
•Documented success in a similar OD role
•Desire to take your experience to a more senior level
•Ability to influence through a matrix environment
•Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Education or similar
