Technical Specialist Role - PEGA

West Technology has been engaged to recruit a certified LSA PEGA Digital Application Specialist for a leading Australian business with millions of customers in Australia.

About Your New Role

As a key member of the Technology team, you will take ownership of the lifecycle management of Digital Applications and play an active role in shaping and delivering solutions that align with business goals.

The key responsibilities will include:
•Support the transformation of customer journeys, particularly through the Pega implementation.
•Develop and maintain the strategy and roadmap for Pega Digital Applications.
•Design and manage high-performing sustainable digital solutions
•Lead the design and implementation of system upgrades, refreshes, and integrations
•Maintain accurate system documentation, change requests and user guides
•Technical expertise and training for digital applications
•Lead lifecycle planning for digital services across the wider business
•Oversee performance, risk management reporting and vendor SLA adherence on a regular basis.

About You:
•Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
•ITIL framework certifications.
•Experience in a similar role
