About the opportunity

As a Power BI Data Analyst/Systems Support Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing, customising, and maintaining business data information systems as well as occasional systems and application support as needed.

Key responsibilities include:
•Utilise your expertise in data analysis to provide business units with timely access to reliable, repeatable, and insightful reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
•Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy of master data, identifying trends that may indicate data quality issues.
•Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, implementing changes to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
•Manage system backups and implement disaster recovery procedures to ensure data protection and recoverability in the event of a disaster.
•Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.

About you
•3+ years of experience in data analysis and proficiency in data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI and Excel.
•Strong background in systems and application support.
•Experience with NetSuite or similar SaaS ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
•Previous exposure to the FMCG industry is highly valued.
•Familiarity with security policies and procedures.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
