Your new role outline
The Procurement Business Partner Lead is responsible for providing advise and guidance to Commercial Managers encompassing category management, market expertise and supplier management.

Key Accountabilities
•Partner with Stakeholders by providing value added insights and strategic market analysis along with the on-time delivery of their objectives.
•Manage the efficient and effective operational delivery of category management, demand management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and contract management.
•Manage a Team and Pipeline of Work that supports the delivery of identified Business outcomes.
•Partner with the Business on Strategic Contracts with Performance management as well as provide regular insights on alternate Supply Market opportunities that have the ability to deliver better ways of doing things.
•Provide strategic and operational direction to Commercial Managers, Analysts and Support Officers to operationalise supply market expertise and provide training to Stakeholders and Business units on Strategic Procurement practices and processes.

Your Skills and Experience
•Tertiary qualification in procurement or a related discipline
•Certification/training in the management of contracts & vendors would be highly regarded (e.g. CIPS, IACCM etc.)
•Previous experience in a similar role
•High proficiency in the use of Microsoft suite of applications
