About your new company:
Our client is a proudly Australian-owned family business, located in Emu Plains, that has been designing and making beautiful, fit-for-purpose furniture for over twenty years across various industries.

About your new role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this exciting role is responsible for the management and optimization of the existing product range, along with the development of new products and concepts, and will undertake a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following:
• Ensuring all product information is current, including product specifications and drawings
• Undertake regular product reviews on performance
• Lead and manage the new product development process from end to end
• Work closely with various departments such as design, production and engineering on product concepts
• Manage and maintain clear and correct product specifications
• Ensuring that product quality, functionality and compliance with relevant regulations
• Provide support and training to internal teams in relation to product features, benefits and specifications
About you:
• Experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally in bespoke products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to support the philosophy and values of the organisation
• Proactively leading by example
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to continuous improvement of the products
• Proven experience in a similar role
