What you need to know
Located in Lidcombe
This is an office-based role
Full-time permanent role – Monday to Friday – 7 am to 4.30 pm
You will be asked to work additional hours at peak seasonal times
Your new role
The Production Floor Manager is an integral and essential role within the business and supports the production of all East Coast-based orders across all brands. The role works closely with the Operations and Buying Teams to ensure the customer requirements are fulfilled to match paperwork. The responsibilities of the role include:
Rostering and ownership of the relationships with Labor Hire partners as required
Training of production staff
Managing production shifts including set up and pack down, pick and pack orders as needed and quality checking of packed orders
Creating packaging guides and sample packing
Recording production data and checking any related costs or invoices
Planning for large dispatches, pre-packing and Christmas production
Implementing improvements to the packing process and warehouse layout changes
Assisting to pack hampers as required
What we need from you
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Safety focused approach to work
Willingness to have first-aid certificate and participate in Fire Warden duties
Basic Excel and Email Skills
Team focused
Excellent time management
Desire to support the team and be hands-on when required
You MUST genuinely be a team player with a positive outlook and supportive nature.
