About your new job

Due to demand and an increase in production, our client is seeking an experienced QA Officer to join the afternoon shift, 4 PM - 12:06 AM. Your role will include but not be limited to –
•Adhering to compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements and site procedures.
•Assisting the QA Team with prerequisite programs (e.g. labelling, approved supplier, calibration)
•Driving food safety and quality standards on the factory floor with Operational colleagues.
•Driving process improvement by actively identifying potential hazards or non-conformances.
•Conduct, document, and report on production checks to maintain quality standards associated with microbiological and sensory requirements.
•Provide QA support with new product development.
•Perform quality checks to ensure the manufacturing process is performed according to the documented Quality Assurance Program and the Standard Operating Procedures
•Conduct investigations accordingly.

About you!
•Previous experience with FMCG and HACCP is a must!
•You will have a problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement as a priority
•You will have a proactive approach, and be comfortable making decisions – occasionally having to put a stop to production and influence the outcome!
•You will have good communication and analytical skills
