The Opportunity

West Recruitment have specialist industry verticals in Accounting, IT, HR, Engineering & Business support. We offer a structured training program to teach you the fundamentals of recruitment, before you then take on your own market (or desk), where you have the autonomy to structure your day in a way that is both productive and lucrative.
Working with a team of supportive and highly experienced recruiters, you will learn how to manage a 360 degree recruitment desk, which means that you will work with hiring contacts within companies as well as with the candidates that you are representing.
Recruitment is a busy role, where no two days are the same.

Some of the tasks you will perform include:
•Engage with both new and existing clients by phone, email or meetings.
•Prepare and present proposals to win work
•Run ‘end to end’ recruitment assignments incorporating talent identification, job board advertising, candidate interviews, shortlist preparation and process management – including offer management.

About You!
•You have a stable and progressive career within sales, specifically Real estate, finance, automotive or comparable B2B sales that is relationship based as opposed to transactional sales.
•You have a mature mindset and can demonstrate an understanding of business.
•You are an exceptional communicator both verbal and written medium.
•You a well groomed and will have corporate presentation.
•Our values and relationship style of recruiting resonates with you and your own personal beliefs.
•You are self-motivated and have a want to succeed!
•You build strong, long lasting relationships through personal interaction.
•Whilst you are a serious sales person, you don’t take yourself too seriously and enjoy having fun with the team.
