About your new job
As a Retentions specialist, you will be managing a pre-existing portfolio of customers and assisting with their enquiries. Your duties will include but not be limited to –
•Respond to all customer requirements, promptly, efficiently and in a professional manner at all times
•Qualify, identify, and convert all potential sales opportunities
•Document all calls and actions taken for each customers query
•Liaise and support other internal functions within the business to ensure total customer satisfaction.
•General office administrative duties as required
•Prepare quotes and pricing for customers and projects.
•Calling existing customers and upselling new services

About you!
•You will have the ability to handle objections and customer complaints
•Good knowledge of the Australia/New Zealand market
•Previous inbound and outbound fast-paced call centre experience
•A high level of computer literacy skills – Microsoft Office
•An exceptional customer experience each and every time
•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Excellent time management skills
•Good clear verbal and written communications and negotiation skills
•High level attention to detail and organisational skills
