West Technology are currently partnered with an instantly recognisable brand located in Western Sydney who are currently going through a large scale digital transformation.

Your new role

We are currently looking for a SAP Functional Consultant to join the team to assist with the roll out, upgrades and configuration of the ISU Billing module across this business. You will liaise with both the technical & non-technical key stakeholders to gather the requirements and then recommend the most effective way to utilise these modules across the business.

The day to day

- Improve application monitoring and management capabilities to change from reactive to proactive outcomes.
- Delivering an ERP technology landscape that is secure, reliable and recoverable while supporting a 24 x 7 operational company.
- Manage production systems to be scalable, adaptable, maintainable, reliable and align with business requirements.
- Implement technology platforms that are planned, architected and built to suit the business needs and delivered in a cost-effective manner.
- Keep up with emerging technology trends and attend key industry conferences and information sessions.
- Keep pace with ERP developments and management of bi-annual and annual release cycles for cloud and on premise.
- Build and maintain professional relationships at all levels of business stakeholders

About you

- Extensive experience in ERP support with an understanding of SAP ERP software in both on-premise and cloud-based products
- Expert knowledge in the ISU Billing module within SAP
- Excellent business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Must be flexible and not adverse to change
- A willingness to learn & develop
