Your new role
We have an immediate opportunity for an HSEQ Administrator for our Sydney division based in St Marys. The role is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the sites in their area while maintaining relevant HSEQ records.

The role in more detail
The role has 3 main areas of responsibility:

•General HSEQ
•Provide site management with HSEQ administration support
•Coordinate and onboard new employees and contractors
•Admin support and maintenance of related safety systems
•Support incident investigations
•Provide support to the Return to Work function on site
•Schedule inductions and training

Risk Management
•Assist with hazard identification and risk assessment
•Functional site support
•Injury report admin
•Support HSEQ reporting

HSEQ System Management
•Record control for documents, licenses and records
•Contribute to the development and review of HSEQ Management Standards documentation
•Conduct compliance inspections
•Support 3rd party audits
•Assist sites to maintain and develop certification for ISO 9000, AS 45001 and ISO 14001

Your experience
To be successful in the role you will need the following:
•Tertiary qualification in WHS or similar
•Cert IV Training &Assessment (or willing to get this)
•Return to Work qualification is desirable
•Understanding and experience in working with transport, resource recovery, reuse, waste management, treatment and recycling practices.
•Previous experience in blue-collar, high-risk industry environments is desirable.
