Well established Waste Management organization based all over the nation with multiple sites in Sydney.

Your new role

•Work alongside senior management to develop an understanding for addressing and providing solutions to safety issues.
•Return to Work and Rehabilitation programs including the development of suitable duties program
•Work with all stakeholders, including GOgetters, contractors, visitors, and the public, to provide guidance on their safety requirements and expectations.
•Assist with risk management processes, incident management and investigations and auditing.
•Assist with the facilitation of drug and alcohol testing.
•Coordinate tool box talks regularly

About You!

•You will have worked as an OHS officer, WHS coordinator or similar role for at least 12 months
•Relevant qualifications in the safety field are highly desired
•Background in a Blue Collar environment very desirable
•Problem solving abilities, analytical thinker
•Advanced Microsoft Suite skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
