Your new role
As the Sales Manager, you will take a hands-on approach to driving the sales and a successful and well-respected Sales Team. Some of your duties will include but won't be limited to –
•Managing a client base and driving the increase of sales
•Monitoring projects and securing project work
•Managing external sales representatives
•Develop a market strategy
•Providing Sales reporting as required
•Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
•Investigating customer related complaints and prepare NCR
•Liaising with Schedulers, Production and •Despatch in co-ordination of orders and deliveries

About you
•Proven experience in sales management
•Strong sales and negotiation skills
•Proven project management experience
•Steel or Reinforcing Industry experience is essential
•Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
•Ideally have knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma knowledge
•Civil and/or Structural Engineering qualifications desirable
•A current drivers licence is essential
