About your new role

Supporting the ERP implementation project team, you will be reviewing the companies chart of accounts, mapping processes and ensuring the financial health of the GL is in good shape as they transition to a new ERP finance system.

You will review reporting hierarchies and categories in GL and review the GL chart of accounts as it is currently being transitioned from their existing system to a new ERP.

The role will involve the use Excel to identify any potential gaps in the current setup, as well as inconsistencies between various divisions within the Group in Australia.

The Successful Applicant:
Will hold a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA)
Have a strong background in financial and management accounting and have a strong understanding of how a chart of accounts works
Very strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables)
Major ERP experience an advantage. Oracle, SAP, JDE etc
Has a ‘hands on’ work ethos and can lead from the front
A self-starter, with strong levels of drive, enthusiasm and initiative
