About your new job
Working closely with a number of internal stakeholders the role will see you utilise your existing accounts payable skills to manage the creditors function and ensure that vendors are managed in accordance with company policy.
•Process Vendor invoices
•Follow up on problem invoices and handle inquiries
•Bank and vendor reconciliations
•Process all staff expenses – reimbursement and credit cards
•Month-end closure and reporting
•Assist with cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
•Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice is adhered to
•Assist with various projects in relation to process improvements, automation, and system integration
•Ah-hoc tasks as required
About You
Ideally, you will have:
•Extensive background in Accounts Payable and within an end-to-end capacity
•Experience within a high volume environment
•Sound Knowledge of Excel and other accounting systems
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to liaise at all levels in a diplomatic and professional manner
