The Employer

West Technology is currently partnering with a listed, global business that manufactures and distributes consumer products on every continent globally.
After recently being acquired, this business is currently moving onto M3, a new ERP system that will bring this business in alignment with the group.

The Opportunity

This role has been created to spearhead the end to end implementation of M3, which will see you involved in planning / design, roll out, and post ‘Go live’ support. Reporting to the Group IT Manager, with a dotted reporting line to onsite project leaders- this role would suit an experienced Business Analyst with ERP project experience who is looking for an opportunity to step up.

Some of the key tasks include:
Assess and report on the current ERP environment against the incoming Infor M3 product.
Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement and streamlining opportunities
Assist in the formulation of project design and planning phase
Participate in the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing processes
Process design phase including mapping and technical documentation
Lead the data cleansing & migration tasks as well as lead system testing
The Ideal candidate
Has ‘hands on’ experience implementing or supporting the Infor M3 ERP
Comes with experience performing the above listed tasks as either a Business Analyst on the end user side or from a technical / hands on consulting role with a vendor.
Is a strong communicator who thrives in a stakeholder driven environment.
