About your new role!

As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will report to the FP&A Manager and play a crucial role in the Business Transformation projects, bringing your extensive experience in financial modelling to evaluate business impacts. Your high level of commercial acumen and background in larger business transformation projects will be essential in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring revenue and profit growth.

Some of the key tasks aligned to this role will include:
•Lead financial analysis and decision support on high-profile business transformation projects.
•Conduct scenario planning and predictive modelling to understand business impacts.
•Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution.
•Deliver commercial insights and recommendations to management regarding opportunities, risks, and actions for business enhancement.
•Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business performance pack production for key stakeholders.
•Develop and present thorough financial business cases to relevant stakeholders.
•Build relevant dashboards and regular reporting analysis, monitoring key metrics and business targets.

About You!
•CPA or CA qualification with a strong commercial and analytical foundation.
•5 years’ experience in a financial analytical role within large, multi-site, or high-growth businesses.
•Strong Excel financial modelling skills.
•Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
•Proven experience in scenario and "what if" analysis in business transformation projects.
•High level of commercial acumen and the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
