The Opportunity:
Due to strategic growth and thirst from the board to consolidate recent success, this is a greenfields opportunity providing a chance for you to make this role your own and create a legacy within the organization. Reporting to the Commercial Director of Developments, this is a broad role that will deliver add-value insights, analysis, and control across a range of built-form projects that will vary in size and complexity. Specific responsibilities will include modeling, building feasibility, and cash flow models, reporting, budgeting & forecasting, development advisory, and plenty of business partnering.
