What You'll Do:
•Data Insights: Use your data analytics skills to unearth data insights
•Customer Success: Assist customers with onboarding, resolve queries, and create informative how-to articles that empower them to navigate the platform seamlessly.
•Dashboard Wizardry: Craft insightful dashboards that guide our customers toward success.
•AI-Powered Support: Use AI to help customers understand their payment efficiencies and identify room for opportunities.

Selection Criteria:
•Data Enthusiast: You have a passion for data analytics and data engineering
•SQL and MySQL skills: You be able to write complex queries and be able to work with big data.
•Tabeau: Candidates should have strong Tableau skills and be able to design meaningful insights
•Good communicator with project management skill for onboarding new customers.
ETL expert.
•Expert in relational and dimensional models.
•Familiar with using API's.
•Experience with NodeJS or similar would be advantageous.
