Your New Role
You will be part of a once in a lifetime transformation of our energy network. Coming on board you will craft renewal and maintenance strategies for the organisation’s HV electrical assets, with a focus on substations. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement of assets, while managing costs and risks across the asset lifecycle.

This isn’t a back-office role, you will combine your technical knowledge with real life practical decision making to ensure the safe and reliable operation of their critical assets. You will engage broadly across the business, as well as with external stakeholders, ensuring asset designs and plans meet company, customer and regulatory expectations.

About You
•Hold an electrical engineering degree or similar qualification
•Strong experience in the asset management, maintenance, design or construction of HV assets
•Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
•Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
