We are partnering with a Tier 1 globally listed business that is a market leader in its field and going through an exciting period of growth and transformation. Their ongoing focus is to drive future performance by putting in place strategies that have been supported by strong analytical evidence and data insights.

You will be managing a team looking after Commercial Finance, BI & Analytics in this relatively new strategic division. This role will offer a high degree of visibility to the ELT and your team will enable the business executives achieve their strategic objectives.

Working closely with IT, yet sitting as part of the finance team, this is a role that will directly influence the strategic, commercial and financial direction of the business.

Your first win will be to understand the rhythm of the business then build and assist in executing an intelligence strategy with a clear road map of value creation to key stakeholders. In addition, you will look to standardise financial, operational and management data across divisions to unify systems and processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an inquisitive mindset and can form strong relationships with key stakeholders.

It is expected that this role will best suit someone who is CA / CPA qualified, who has a strong level of commercial acumen and experience working in a BI & Analytics function. Needless to say, strong communication and influencing skills are a must.
Salary on offer circa $180,000 + superannuation + bonus + benefits
