About your new role
As the ‘go-to person,’ your duties will be varied and will include but won’t be limited to –
•Building effective relationships with management and employees to coach and influence
•Being an active participant in Leadership meetings relating to the development and implementation of various strategies and business plans
•Partner with business managers on various employment matters such as performance management, inquiries, and complaints
•Conducting investigations effectively manage and resolve violations or grievances
•Work in close partnership with the Leadership Team to identify talent and work on development and succession place

About you
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•Extensive experience as a HR Generalist with a strong knowledge of Employee/Labour relations
•Proven experience in business planning, performance management, and change management skills
•Must have knowledge and experience with compensation & benefits, employment law, and labour relations
•Superior communication, interpersonal, and prioritisation skills
