The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Organisational Development Project Manager to be responsible for leading organisational development strategy and projects, including leadership development, diversity and inclusion, capability development, talent and succession, culture and engagement. The goal of the team is to lift performance, capability and engagement through leadership and management of the organisations OD function.

An authentic nature and genuine interest in people is essential and the ability to engage with a broad range of people is essential. The ability to adapt delivery style to your audience is also a must.

As Senior Organisational Development Project Manager, key focuses include:
•Diagnose business needs, and, design, develop and execute effective OD solutions to enable business strategy execution
•Design and project manage OD programs.
•Manage a range and variety of projects simultaneously across the business
•Lead, manage and implement culture and organisation change initiatives
•Facilitate people leader forums, leadership development interventions, team effectiveness interventions
•Build relationships and develop business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Engage stakeholders and manage expectations
•Manage procurement contracts for relevant OD suppliers
•Manage budget, compliance and reporting of OD programs
•Embed continuous improvement practices
•Develop, implement and maintain operational policies, procedures and processes as required

The Successful Candidate

This role will appeal to an experienced OD professional that enjoys developing strategies, managing programs and working as part of a close team. It offers plenty of variety and reports to a leader that values independence, fresh ideas, and enthusiasm.

You will need the following:
•Documented success in a similar OD role
•Desire to take your experience to a more senior level
•Ability to influence through a matrix environment
•Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Education or similar and LSI accreditation would be highly advantageous
