Your New Role
You will spearhead the development, definition and improvement of critical business processes, with the end goal of successfully implementing a business-wide platform that will strengthen customer experience. By engaging closely with both internal stakeholders and a diverse customer base, you will gain an understanding of user requirements, undertake validation, then work with the Tech Team to deliver the solution.

This isn’t a tech-focused BA role, but rather focuses on understanding business operations and customer requirements and engaging with the tech team around how that can be brought to life through a successful solution.

You can undertake the role in a hybrid capacity if that’s preferred, with a minimum three days in their Western Sydney office.

About You
You will bring to the role depth of experience in business process improvement, transformation and project delivery. Whilst process improvement experience in the infrastructure or an “asset heavy” sector is desirable, broader sector experience will definitely be considered. Strong stakeholder engagement capability, as well as resilience and an output drive will also be key attributes for success in the role.
