The Position

Sitting within the IT project team, the Snr BA role has been created as a dedicated resource to ensure the successful management of a strong pipeline of exciting projects.
Initially starting as a 1 year contract, due to the volume of projects coming online, further extensions are expected.

Some of the key tasks aligned to this position include:
Guide the business through the discovery phase of project assessment.
Prepare As is- To be analysis to ensure projects are delivered to meet business requirements.
Act as the conduit between the project team and internal pillar leaders.
Manage the relationships with external vendors to ensure transparency and accountability.
Coordinate and document project meetings with all parties.
Create project schedules including setting milestones & distribute progress reporting
The Successful Applicant
Will hold an IT qualification as well as a certification / training in project management (IE: ITIL / PMBOK / PMP / Prince2)
Is proven at delivering IT projects and has experience working with project management frameworks (Waterfall / Agile).
Has experience delivering ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence or supply chain IT projects, with a familiarity with Microsoft products ideal.
Comes from a sales / inventory driven industry, ideally consumer products or FMCG
Is highly organised and a strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.
